The studio is situated in the residence " Le Vivace" in the 4th floor with elevator. It's near immediate of all the businesses and the Village of the Children (approx. 50m) but with an orientation towards the mountain which guarantees you, besides the exceptional view, a big quietness.
Orientation the South-southeast with a period of sunshine a big part of the day.
It's serve by the track arriving of the Boulevard of the Festival and descendant to the ski tow: "Stadium", "Tour" and "Lac Indrets", you will arrive skis at feet and directly at door leading to your ski rack (you will have 3-4m to make all the same!)
